Majd Nassarallah (M) – General Director: Nassarallah holds a dual degree in International law and Human Rights from Bard college New York and Al-Quds University in East Jerusalem. Majd also holds a certificate in Social Studies and Humanities from the University of Sciences Po, Paris. A civic and human rights activist, Majd has worked in the fields of research, community organizing and project development.

Sajed Haj-Yahya (M) – Chairperson: Haj Yahya is the founder of Tishreen.  He holds a B.A. in mechanical engineering (cum laude) from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology and an M.A. in Business Administration from the Open University.  He serves as a manager of research and development at a medical devices company and has been involved in two patented technologies.

 

Newar Abu Aita (F) – Abu Aita holds a combined B.A. in Finance and Law from the Interdisciplinary Center in Herzliya.  She currently works as a financial analyst for the Duns and Bradstreet Group in Tel Aviv.

Nafi Haj Yahya (M) – Haj Yahya is a practicing private dentist in Taybeh who holds advanced training and practical experience in orthodontics.  He is a veteran social and political activist within the Arab community.

Olfat Massarwa (F) Massarwa holds an undergraduate degree in pharmacology from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and M.A in communications from Netanya Academic College.  She works as a pharmacy manager through Clalit Health Services and lectures and conducts workshops on health education and health promotion.

Sabreen Massarwa (F) – Massarwa holds a B.A. in Arabic language education and an M.A. in linguistic education in multi-cultural settings, both from Levinsky College of Education.  She currently works as a high school teacher focusing on linguistics, literature and Hebrew language.

Mohaned Jaber (M) – Jaber holds a degree in education with a focus on Arabic language and history.  He currently serves as a junior high school teacher in Taybeh.

Maisam Jaljuli (F) – Jaljuli, a native of Tira in the Southern Triangle, holds a B.A. in sociology and criminology and an M.A. in educational leadership – both from Bar Ilan University.  She is also a certified and experienced teacher and facilitator of youth at risk, addition, Arab-Jewish dialogue and more.  Jaljuli has high school level criminology and civics.  She currently serves as Na’amat’s chairperson in the southern Triangle and, since 2013, has trained women for political leadership through the Abraham Fund Initiatives.

Shadi Omar (M) – M.A Student of Archaeology and ancient near east civilization and work as research assistant in Tel Aviv university collage of archeology and ancient near east. Co-Founder and supervisor of the association of students and youth in the town of Zimer , Trained by EVS-Finland and by Baladna Association as youth guide. Former activist in Sadaka-Reut, and youth movements in the Arab society.

 

Dr. Abeer Massarwa (F) – Massarwa holds an M.D from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and has a Obstetrics and Gynecology certification from  Rabin Medical center. Massarwa  has also certificate in Human Investigation Program – Oregon Health and Science University (OHSU) – Portland OR – USA.

She is very interested in human rights and activism for gender equality, She will take part in women promotion projects along with conducting health education workshops
